Adnams - Initial environmental review of brewery, hotels etc

The Adnams Group consists of a brewery, two luxury hotels, shops and a wine business. A comprehensive initial review was performed to underpin the planning and design of an ISO 14001 compliant EMS. Registers were developed, and a gap analysis report assessed current systems and controls against each requirement of the standard. Action lists were prepared to guide development. The findings were reported back to Adnams' Environment Team by means of an interactive presentation.
